Game 1: Taylor 14, Stars 9 (8 innings)

Game 1 of the SPL Championship Series was a classic, as Taylor scored five times in the top of the eighth inning to take the opener in the best-of-three series, 14-9. Jonathan Deck's three-run double was the big blow in the inning. Theo Alexander homered twice and Ryan Wiggins added a home run of his own for Taylor, who is now just one win on Wednesday from winning the league's inaugural championship. Trevor Mitsui homered in a losing effort for the Stars, who will need a doubleheader sweep to take home the title.

Game 2: Stars 6, Taylor 5

The Seattle Stars kept their SPL Championship hopes alive, winning Game 2 6-5 and forcing a third and deciding Game 3. Andrew Woeck pitched a complete game, scattering five hits and allowing just 2 earned runs while striking out 7. Seattle first baseman Trevor Mitsui's three-run home run in the first inning got the Stars out to a hot start. Derek Callahan answered with a three-run bomb of his own in the bottom half of the inning. The pitchers settled down after that, with the Stars plating a run in the third and Taylor tying the game in the bottom of the fourth on RBI singles by Alex Sloan and Ryan Wiggins. Stars DH Kyle Olson scored the tiebreaking and eventual winning run, scoring on an error in the top of the fifth. Max Dickinson was the tough luck loser, with the unearned run he allowed in the fifth being the difference in the game.

Game 3: Taylor 11, Stars 7

Taylor scored multiple runs in four of the first five innings and held on late to win the 2010 Seattle Premier League Championship with an 11-7 win over the Stars in Game 3. Taylor was led by the top of their order, as their 1-2 punch of Taylor Smart and Dai Lee combined to go 5-for-6 with a double, home run and 8 runs scored. Ryan Wiggins drove in 3 runs and Alex Sloan chipped in 2 RBI, as Taylor lead 11-2 after 4 1/2 innings. The story on the mound was Max Dickinson, who pitched effectively with a lead, allowing 2 earned runs (6 total) on 8 hits in 6 innings of work. Dickinson was named the Series MVP for his work on the mound on Wednesday night. Trevor Mitsui completed a great series, going 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI, while Taylor Brennan (2-for-4, double, 2 runs) and Sam Brown (2-for-4, double, triple, 2 RBI) also contributed offensively for the Stars.
